You need to disconnect the lines at the firewall where they Tee out to go to the rear for the bunk and have lines made up eliminating the tee junction to the rear. Bring in the old ends and lines to get the proper ends and figure the correct hose length. Let me know if you need more help.

You can tell this by feeling the heater core coolant lines. One should be hot and the other should be luke warm or cold. If that is fine than you have an issue with the bunk expansion valve or a plugged ac condenser in the bunk.
