Then everything came to a halt and I only dilated .5, 11 hours later.I Was 1 cm dilated 30 % effaced at 35 weeks. Stayed that way at 36 weeks. Chose not to get checked at all my other apts. Been desling with prodromal labor for weeks since 35 weeks.monday got more real labor was told i was in early labor 3 cm 50 % effaced then it eased off. Im 39 + 5. Completely up to baby lol.
