I intended just to have farming out there with no walls but a certain type of base raid let them run around stealing food from food storage.At least if they had a rainy season that would fill up a bunch of rain collectors every so often you could get water there, but as-is no matter how long you wait in most of the map you will literally have zero chance of rain. Well Kenshi is a harsh world I won't complain.. I routinely sit characters in the Hub bar and the Rebel Outpost/HQ/whatsits. They're there just to keep an eye on things. (When basing out of The Hub.)
