Toyota did find the solution to my issue and my issue may be an isolated case. I purchased the 2018 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid in Nov 2017. At the time, the FOB Remote Start was not available for the 2018 Camry. I chose to use Toyota Remote Connect app and all worked well but that was at a monthly or annual cost to use.
