I have had a pair of Philips 9040 HAs for almost two weeks. My first follow-up is Saturday (in two days). Starting the first day, by the end of the day, the left hearing aid was very quiet. I took it in and they blamed the trap, but the trap was clean. So they replaced the speaker.
