The important thing to remember is that a wild order druid is a full, 10th level spellcaster with a focus spell that allows them to change shape. One of the downsides of Pf2e is that casters get a lot less spells. One of the upsides is that spells are a lot less stupidly strong. So you can give away scrolls or even wands without fearing making things unbalanced.
