Most leveling kits will tell you what size tires they allow you to fit in the product description. Most 2.5" kits will tell you that you can fit 35's with proper wheels. MPG will drop to some extent. But what is the. real world difference? 18 (Screw, 3.5, W/3.55s), I'm getting between 18.5 - 20 MPG to the tank.
