After searching for answers, the only thing I've found is that the hostage in the armory is for a tier 5 mission. Can't find anything on the missing safe/ WC. Good fortune worked for me, I dropped in the roof and grabbed it then unlocked the door from the inside. Got credit for the gun after exfil. No rushing is bugged, don’t bother with it till it’s fixed. It’s on Raven’s bug list as of 18 Nov and is still unresolved. Any attachment from a bundle will bug any gun. This applies to insured, or contraband guns, either awarded or player weapons extracted.You need to click the switch that says allow fill or something like that. You won't see a weapon unless you have contraband but there will be ticks indicating you've toggled fill with random weapons.. #3.
