All mods and legendary effects being the same Fixer has slightly higher damage and uses slightly less action points, handmade has slightly lower damage but is more accurate and misses less shots so their actual DPS is about the same. The Fixer isn't great for sniping because of the high recoil, the Handmade is much better for sniping and mid distance hip fire. The Fixer is great for point blank hip fire and in VATS. Commando is much more effective than semi-auto, almost everyone switches over to commando or other weapons once they level up to 50-100. 1.To fix this its also very simple just go to your Radeon settings sofware go to Fallout 76 profile scroll down and in tesellation select "override" and pick x16 option.
