Fighting Lion does usually around 135 damage on a direct hit, two different numbers of 66 and 69 (since the buff). For whatever reason however when you land a direct hit Fighting Lion, in fact every grenade launcher can do this, will only do 69 damage. This is one of the points of the video where it happens. That is not a bug. The second sister always will have 100% health after her transformation but as far as i know you will damage her down to the health she had before transforming a lot faster.
