Both can be had in standard or TH stocks and LR configurations. People hype the Bergara branded barrel but they all come out of the same factory in Bergara Spain. The Optima LR is a 28" which is plenty long. For the little extra weight, I'd certainly go with the Optima and a nitrided model if possible. The Optima will have less barrel jump, or rise when fired.
