Lots of healing for you and your teammates with a little extra Damage and Bullet Speed so you can heal them even faster. Also remember that enemies stay still but your friends don't. The hardest thing about healing in Borderlands is learning each of your friends movement types.

Imo you only need 2 points for co-op. One in Res and one in Restoration, which you have. Most builds will have Converge and a slagging method like Ruin or Scorn. I think Thoughtlock is trash in co-op. My build resembles Derch's Twisted Pimp build (first link). You can hang back, snipe, and crowd control.
