I just subscribed to ankihub and to the anking v12 deck and i'm having some issues. I downloaded the media but a lot of images and audio files seems to be missing. When i check the media there are about 22,000 files missing. I tried uninstalling and downloading the deck again, but it doesn't seem to work. Any idea how to solve this issue? I have both (I got the lifetime v12 version that I paid for less than $200), but I use the v11 because it's easier to edit and I don't have to worry about logging in.
